These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the mobile application "Junbicho" (hereinafter "the App") provided by mopsworks (hereinafter "we" or "the Operator").
By creating an account on the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
In addition to these Terms, any guidelines or notices posted within the App (hereinafter "supplementary rules") also form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and supplementary rules, the supplementary rules shall prevail.
The handling of personal information in the App is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to both these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings set forth below.

Using the App requires account registration through Google or Apple ID social login (OAuth authentication).
All actions performed through your account are deemed to have been performed by you.

If you are under 18 years of age, please obtain consent from a parent or guardian before using the App. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the App by minors.
The App is a checklist application designed to help parents prepare for outings with their children. It primarily provides the following features:
The App is free to use with certain usage limits.
The App does not display advertisements.
We may introduce paid premium features in the future. Details on pricing and features will be announced in the App in advance, and will be provided only with the user's consent.
You may not engage in any of the following activities while using the App:
All intellectual property rights related to the App and its content (design, text, images, icons, source code, etc.) belong to the Operator.
You may not reproduce, modify, publicly transmit, distribute, or otherwise use the App's content beyond the scope explicitly permitted by these Terms.
Copyright of data created by users within the App (outing information, checklists, review content, etc.) belongs to the respective users. The Operator may use such data only to the extent necessary for providing the Service. For details on data storage and deletion, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Please note the following regarding content provided by the App:
We shall not be liable for any damages arising in connection with the use of the Service, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Even in cases where we are liable for damages, our liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user for the Service (zero for free users).
However, where our liability cannot be limited under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable laws, the provisions of such laws shall apply.
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service in the following cases:
In the event of service termination, we will provide advance notice through in-app notifications within a reasonable timeframe.
We shall not be liable for damages arising from changes, suspension, or termination of the Service, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
We may suspend or delete your account if we determine that any of the following apply:
You can delete your account at any time through the app's settings screen. For details on data handling upon account deletion, please refer to Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms as necessary.
When modifying these Terms, we will notify you of the changes and the effective date at least 14 days before the effective date through in-app notifications or in-app postings.
However, we may make changes without prior notice in the following cases:
Continued use of the App after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes related to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location as the court of first instance.
